I am a professional, reasonable person who made the huge mistake of renting an apartment here. No one has exaggerated about the walls-they are extremely thin, for example: i could hear my neighbor clipping her fingernails through the walls not to mention normal conversation and coughing. When my lights were out and my neighbors were on I could also see light through the crack ceiling crack between the apartments. Before moving into my apartment there were some major repairs that needed to be done, I was promised by the property manager that they would be completed before I moved in. They were finally halfway completed three months after i moved in. I could fill pages with the problems of this complex, gas leaks, filthy hallways , horrible maintence and above all, overpriced with no money going back into the building. The owner does not care what happens to tenants as long as he get his money. It?s a shame because there are some beautiful apartments. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
