Cars are stolen and vandalized often.
There are no cameras in the parking lots.
The grounds are not mantained as well as other mills in the area.
Management is cheap! They will not accept any monetary responsibility for damage cause by their negligence.(roof leaks, stolen property by maintenance personal)
The walls are very thin, very. You can tell how well your neighbors "getting along".
Rent is raised every year. They will not replace the carpeting in the apartments unless it is very well damaged.
The some of windows in the apartments are fogged up and they will not replace them
even though they cost between 120-180 dollars. I have heard from others and personally that the owner does not care about the tenants problems and does not wish the hear them.
