Weaver is just a bad choice.

I have lived in two of the Mills, here and at The Clocktower/Velvet and I have to say that Weaver is by far the worse. In my short time at Weaver (less than 6 months) my son's bike was stolen, my husband's new mustang was stolen, my car was broken into and I was mugged. As I was screaming fo someone to please help me, a very helpful tenant (NOT) proceeded into the building pretending not to notice the 6 punks all over me! After the police left and my husband calmed me down we politely informed the management we were leaving. Not once did they mention they were sorry for the problems we had, all they cared about was trying to sue me for unpaid rent and for breaking my lease. I told them to speak to my lawyer and their comment to me was "this would have happened no matter where you live". I can see maybe a bike stolen or a car broken into but for all this to happen in less than 6 months in completely unacceptable. If I had to do it all over again I would NOT choose Weaver!
