This place has nice apartments but that is about it. The staff stinks. Its noisy. They don't plow the parking lot. The dryers don't dry your clothes and its expensive to do your laundry. I live in a loft apartment in the Weaver Mill and we have had so many problems. If the heat is on, the upstairs is simply unbearable while the downstairs is still freezing. We had a leaky roof and it took them 5 months to figure out where the problem was and fix it. Grace is hard to deal with and the maintance men don't speak english except for the guy in charge, and I think he is 20yrs old. They have pipes bursting and the washing machines are always overflowing causing them to leak and then the fire alarm goes off. They have trouble keeping their tenants and apartments filled. I wonder why. Recently, they sent a letter saying we would get a discount in rent if we got family and friends to move into an apartment. AS IF!!!
I CANT WAIT TO MOVE. I WOULDN'T LIVE HERE!!
