This was, aesthetically, a nice apartment, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor sneeze! And management stinks. Grace, the property manager, is rude and unaccomodating. They sued me for costs in addition to my security, eventhough I left the place spotless, and followed every letter of the law. I had heard from others that I wouldn't get my security deposit back, no matter what, and I should have listened before I signed the lease. They didn't get any additional money from me, but still, it was a miserable experience. The management harrassed me, and someone from maintenance even came in and changed the times on all my clocks, I had to call the police! I agree with the other assessment of the place as far as the grounds not being kept up and the amenities stinking. My car was one of the cars vandalized! I had all four tires stolen off of my car, and management didn't care or apologize. It was a tenant in another complex that saw the theft occuring and called the police. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
