i lived in Weaver Mills for over a year and the experience was quite unpleasant. i left my apartment spotless and even went so far as to shampoo the carpets before i left...however i never got my security deposit back and Brophy Ahern (the company that owns the mills) even tried to sue me for more money. They said there was damage done to the apartment and they even tried to charge me for the window blinds that were damaged when i moved in. I complained numerous times about the blinds and tried to get them replaced...but they said they had no record of that and the property manager, Grace, even went so far as to call me a liar.

THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE REPAIRS NEVER GET DONE...i had to call forever just to get my bathroom door fixed when i first moved in...they never had a door knob on my bathroom door when i moved in....IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO FIX!!!!!! AND THAT WAS BECAUSE I CALLED EVERY WEEK!!!!!!!

PLUS CARS WERE OFTEN VANDALIZED...MY ROOMATE'S CAR BEING ONE OF THEM.

BASICALLY DON'T MOVE HERE...MAINTENACE DOESN'T FIX ANYTHING (INCLUDING THE ELEVATOR WHICH WAS ALWAYS BROKEN), THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN, THE WASHER MACHINES AND DRYERS WERE COMPLETE ---- AND DIDN'T WORK VERY WELL, AND YOU'LL GET SUED INSTEAD OF GETTING YOUR SECURITY BACK!!!!
