I have to agree with the other postings, the management of The Yarn and Weaver Mills are atrocious. A few days before Christmas the toilet overflowed, flooding our bathroom and kitchen. My boyfriend and I called maintenance for 4 minutes straight so that we could have someone come to our apartment and fix the toilet. After an hour or more of waiting a man who spoke barely any English came to help us out who, by the way, was of NO help. The next day I put in a request to have our ceiling fixed and the people in the Management Office told me that it would be done in a few days. Well, it wasnt until months later (Valentine's Day weekend) that the ceiling was repaired. Ironically, the ceiling was fixed on the eve of when my boyfriends car was towed for the property. The next morning as we walked out to his car, we paniced when there was NO car to be found. After hours of thinking it had been stolen, we finally called Grace who informed my boyfriend that his car was towed. She explained that cars with no parking stickers were to be removed for the premises, however when we retrieved the car it had a Brophy Ahern Parking Permit on its windshield. Snow was covering the sticker, so rather than wiping it away to see if the car did in fact have a permit they towed it away. By this point we were fed-up with this place, but as we learned, getting out of the lease is very difficult. So we have stayed but as soon as our lease is up in September we are ghost. I recommend anywhere but here!!!
