My boyfriend is living in the Weaver Mills and it is a pit. Its disgusting. There are ants in the bathroom, the fridge leaked all over the kitchen floor numerous times, but he luckily got a new one (surprise surprise!)..he's been waiting to get a room in his apartment re-done becuase of a leak from the upstairs that totally ruined the room,(maitenence still hasnt come) the rugs are nasty and are coming up from the floor. Aside from the beautiful structure this place is not a good place to live. Nothing EVER gets done and in the halls theres a new smell everyday. DO NOT MOVE HERE! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
