When you have your choice in apartments, do not take this one unless you wanna live next door to a bunch of rude, disrespectful, and overall horrible loud college kids. They made our life a living hell for almost a year. The walls at this place are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Also the people there are really trashy and have no respect for other peoples property. My car was hit several times in the parking lot and whoever did it just took off. Other tenants in this place have all said the walls are way to thin to live any private kind of life. Turn and RUN the other way.. and if you're not smart enough to .. you will regret it. But above all dont rent 320E.
