I live at the lofts at the mills, and I have had very little problems. It might be because I have a corner apartment and never hear my neighbors. Originally I lived at Weaver Mill, and my neighbors were absoulute hell!! I could hear everything, from loud football games to mild talking. After my lease was up I moved to the Yarn Mills, into a corner unit. In making my decision I visited it at all hours of the night, to be sure I wouldn't be surprised of any loud neighbors. My suggestion to anyone looking into renting here is to be aware of who you are moving next to if you want to get any sleep. There is no insulation in the walls and managment has done nothing to fix the problem. (The only problem that I might add is my view out my window is a large dumpster, which I have asked plenty of times to be removed, and nothing has been done about it. The garbage cover is off so I am looking right in to a pile of trash. Not a pleasent site when you have copany over!!)
