Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
I lived there for about 16 months from 1999-late 2000. They were OK in general, but I agree with others that the walls are extroardinarily thin. There was a fire in my apartment and though I had renters insurance which covered everything, Brophy Ahern took several months to repair the damage. THe basic premise was that they were waiting until they could make a settlement with my insurance company before doing any repair. It was a bad situation. Besides that I didn't have any major problems with the on site managers. The parking lot is definitely dangerous, however.
