big apartments with NO sound proofing! and bad staff

I currently live at lofts at the mills the weaver mill apartments. I lived in apartment 2 different units. The noise is a serious problem and office staff is nice when interested in renting and will tell you pretty much anything to get you to rent. However once you??re locked in to a lease you can pretty much kiss that entire kindness good bye! And any expiation you may have had for your apartment you can kiss that good bye as well! The property manager is less than desirable, and is not afraid to say NO all on any request. The office staff and maitanance dept don??t seem to communicate very well. One situation is my husband and I were having sex and the maintenances staff just walked in on us with out knocking first. Needless to say they saw everything and my husband lost it! When ever they want to come into your apartment they do. And half the time they don??t tell you about it. The general and regional manager are no help at all either. It??s hard to believe people of limited knowledge and people skills are in charge of such a large company. Tetragon managing bought this building before I moved in and has updated the look of apartments but need to get batter staff and invest in sound proofing each apartment. Also there are many fire code violations such as not all walls between apartments are double sheet rocked! I know this by hanging pictures that require anchors that need to be drilled in to the wall. So if your life is an open book and don??t care about anything and just want a roof over your head than this is the place for you. But if you don??t want people knowing your private business, management being of absolutely no help, management, staff and maintenance just walking in on you when ever they want, and the property manager telling you that this is there property and they can do what every they want when they want. DONT MOVE IN! MOTHER ALWAYS SAID LEARNS FROM OTHERS MISTAKES!
