I have lived in Weaver Mills for a few years now. And like other apartment buildings there are always issues. But I believe the other reviews to be unfair. I live across from a few younger guys (Early 20's) and they always partied. After a while after asking them to chill out I got the building involved. They responded quickly and effeciently. Is there a security problem in these buildings, oh yeah but the blame is not on the Super, its on certain tenets. I have gone to the outside door many times during the day and people from within the building have blocked it open. I remove the device and shut the door. I know Grace knows of this problem and they are working to resolve it. I have had no real issues with this building. Most of those upset with this building are upset because of its no frills policy on rental payment. We are adults here you sign a lease that offers $50.00 off of your monthly rent if paid by the 10th, but if they do not receive payment by the 20th (I believe although I have never done this) they quickly serve papers to remove you from this building. Where else in Hartford are you going to get that' I have a huge apartment and the widows are huge and the heating and the AC in the place work great. My stove died on Thanksgiving Day, I called the building Answering Service and someone was at my apartment in 20 minutes. Thats service, and its also the truth. When you read these reviews please remember this, if some one is unhappy about his or her apartment I know this building will do what they can to help. They have helped me many times, just got to know how to address the issue. Its better to approach the problem being kind then yelling at people. Take these words for what you feel they are worth, I have suggested this building to others and they also enjoy it here......
