Large appartments, skinny little walls

I have been living at The Yarn Mill for nearly 5 years now. Under Brophy management, it was pretty awful. I haven't had any bad experiences with Taragon. The apartments are really, really big. I love my apartment. I have a walk in closet and plenty of space for everything. Since the management change, I have had no problem getting things fixed. My kitchen light stopped working and they came the same day they were called and put in a whole new fixture. Taragon has, and continues to, make improvements on the building. New washers and dryers, a gym, fresh paint, new carpets and they've only owned the building a little more than a year.
The downside is that the walls are ridiculously thin. My first neighbors were fine and I hardly ever heard them, but then I got these awful people next door and they yell and curse a lot and the top of their lungs. I know that Taragon has been trying to do something about it because the manager called us and asked about them.
I like stopping by the office and finding out what they are planning next. They are eager to share information and to get your opinion.
I have heard rumors of car theft, though my 2 cars have never been bothered at all nor do I personally know anyone who has had their cars tampered with. Although, we do always lock our doors and set our alarms. I wouldn??t recommend leaving you car unlocked.
All in all it??s a nice place to live and most of the neighbors are nice, the apartments are huge and the facilities well maintained. Just buy a fan or a humidifier to drown out the neighbors, if you get stuck with loud ones.
