Sure, come look at theese apartments during the day, when no one is home, WOW, they are nice! Do yourself a favor, come back anytime between 5pm and midnight, and you may have a different opinion. Most of the tenants in this building are quiet...... compared to a harley.

Leave your car in the parking lot for 3 days, and come back and count the dents from other people's doors. Or maybe instead of dents from doors, a young unattended child will bounce a basketball on your car. If those two scenarios don't happen, someone will surely spill a fruit coolatta on your car.

Once you get past the parking lot, filled with disrespecting neighbors, you enter a world full of music, yelling, and babies crying. Try sleeping, I dare you. Maybe you will wake up at 3am to a fire drill, or maybe its time for the concert to start in the apartment underneath you. Our unit has a half inch gap against the wall, and you can literally see into the apartment below. If its not the neighbors making the noise, it will be the management company. The lease clearly states quiet hours(weekdays) are to be between 10pm and 8am. So when it is 11 pm, and workers are fixing up the place next to you with power equiptment, hmmm, do they know what time it is' Whats worse, is when you wake up the very next day, and a worker, wearing a t-shirt clearly indentifying himself as an employee of the managent and maintenance company, is laying and kicking carpet next door at 7:05am. If you have ever heard carpet being installed, it is LOUD. Now why would the company that spends so much money on their attorney writing the lease, BREAK THEIR OWN LEASE TERMS!'!'!'!'!'!'

Speaking of maintenance, step 1, put in a request for work. step 2, Tell them explicitly to call before coming. step 3, get out of the shower to find a repair guy standing there, when absolutely no phone call was made. Repeate these steps every time you need something fixed, and it will never get better, they will never call, even though it clearly sayd on the request for maintenance form, CALL BEFORE ENTERING, with a phone number written in next to it.

Try having an intelligent conversation with someone in the leasing office. GOOD LUCK!!!

Oh, did you buy a new couch or other large piece of furniture' leave your old one in the hallway like everyone else, someone will take care of it. And along those lines, leave your trash there too, it seems to be standard practice around here. If you do want to carry your trash out, have your 8 year old do it. Make sure it leaks the whole way, and then they hit at least 10 parked cars while walking to the dumpster.

Check out the pool, its HUGE! Oh wait, I am not an elf. Do not believe everything you hear, especially regarding ammenities and extras, definatly don't count on anything happening too fast.

Living in a "luxury apartment home" is what was expected. What we got was Luxury prices, with sub-standard living. It is like making a Mercedes-Benz car payment, but only driving a kia. Think twice, look around, do not rush into here. Trust me, you will not be happy after a few weeks. It's like what they say about New York; It's a nice place to visit, but I would never want to live there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
