I don't even know where to begin. Everything I've read below is accurate; the walls are paper thin (I used to bless my neighbors when they sneezed & they'd say "thank you", I could hear when the girl on the other side was in the bathroom, etc etc...)I lived on the 3rd floor of the Weaver Mill & had problems with ants, as well. The creepiest thing is when I lived there I would find the maintanence men entering our apartment when there was NOTHING wrong & I hadn't called for anything to be fixed.
At the time I lived there, Grace was the property manager. I have never been treated as horribly in my life as I was by Grace... I am not exaggerating. From complete indifference to basic requests to snide, insulting comments; my husband & I dealt with it ALL from this woman. I always tried to be kind, thinking that SOMEDAY it would win her over... definitely didn't work. Ever. I truly believe that she went out of her way to make other people's lives as difficult and MISERABLE as possible - myself and many others that have lived in the Weaver Mill.
It is not safe at night. And, yes, my car windows got smashed out twice & they stole my child's infant car seat from my car. Top class neighborhood.
Unless this new management company has REALLY turned things around, your best bet in Manchester is somewhere near the mall. The neighborhoods are better, the apartments are newer & it really doesn't get much worse than Grace, so I'd bet my bottom dollar that the office staff would be nicer.

I think its rediculous to review an apartment FOUR YEARS after you have left. They have new management now, and I'm sure are much better. My boyfriend and I just got approved for an apartment there, and all these reviews do is scare the heck out of me. That's not fair. I will be reviewing it once we've lived there for a while. They look gorgeous, and hopefully we will like living there. Please wait for my review before you judge, because all reading did was upset me.
