Just so everyone who sees this knows; EVERY one of these reviews was based on the OLD management company. I am dedicated to leaving honest, truthful, and current reviews for this complex. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a month. Ok, I know, you can't really tell if you like a place that soon. When I saw these reviews, I freaked out. Who wouldn't' The management company has been nice to us. There was one new guy, who was very rude. Once we told the woman we were working with, she took care of it, and apologized. So far, we LOVE the amount of space we have. The cat loves it too. The pet fee is a little high, but I don't mind considering the fact that we have almost 1700sq feet. We both work second/third shift, so finding a close parking spot is hard that time of night. We always find a spot, walking a little bit is no big deal. The closet space is INSANE. We have six closets, and they're all huge. The central air conditioning works great. The upstairs gets really hot sometimes, so at night, we crank it to cool off. The only problem I can think of right now is lighting. You need a ton of lamps just to get enough light in each room. We just moved in, so we don't have any extra lamps just yet. I will continue to update as we progess! Thank you for being open and please, don't let those other reviews scare you.
