Lofts at the Mills formerly Weavers and Yarn Mill Apartments

If you rent these apartments, make sure everything is in writing. They lie to get you to sign the lease and then nothing is done afterwards. We were promised all new kitchen appliances which never happened, our sink is old and nasty (from the 60's maybe) and our dishwasher is too and we are stuck here for a year. They forget to mention other fees, right up until you sign the lease, and you dont want to go elsewhere because you feel that would be a waste of time. The management staff doesn't even know if they charge a pet fee' Again its empty promises to get you to sign a lease. Go somewhere else, I wish I knew, thats why they have so many units available. I hate being lied to, and then when I ask for the problem to be fixed the management laughs in your face and your stuck.

Some of the office staff are just plain incompetent. I asked a woman if I could have a real x-mas tree, and she said yes, then she said "hold on." Of course I couldn't but do you know how excited I was that moment I thought I could have one? Some of them are just retarded. Go to their boss if you want something done. The apartment itself isn't that bad other than some rude office staff.
