I am in the process of leaving Lofts at the Mills (Yarn Mill) because I bought a new house. My three year stay here was great and I will miss this apartment. I have found the office staff to be friendly -- my only criticism of them is a rather poor system of handling packages on behalf of the tenants. Maintenance is speedy and great. Like any single building apartment setup, a bad neighbor can ruin your experience, but I've been very happy with my neighbors despite regular turnover in at least one adjacent apartment. Overall, I recommend this place to pretty much anyone. The loft style living is the best.

I agree that these apartments are awesome. I unfortunately happen to have bad neighbors on one side of me. The walls are VERY thin. They make our stay there miserable at times, especially when tje drunken man comes home and yells at his girlfriend on the other side of my bed. Yes, that is no fun, but other than that I am happy. I have found one completely incompetent member of the office staff, but everyone else has been nice. The price of rent is a little high for us, considering we live so far from work. If you can afford it, the loft apartments are awesome. It costs an arm and a leg to cool the place in the summer, but like I said, if you can afford a 250.00 electric bill, it's not so bad. I will certainly miss the space this apartment has to offer. The closets are the best too! Most people I run into in the hallways are very nice. I think overall it's a great place to live!
