The worst part about renting at the Mills is the neighborhood. The surrounding area bears the look of economic destruction. The numerous cars in the parking lot give cover to would be criminals. While I can personally report no incident the area just has an unsafe feel to it. The maintenance crew's work is sub-par at best. It took them 2 weeks to fix my air conditioner in the heat of the summer. The elevator was busted every couple of weeks out of each month. There are better options out there.

I lived there from 2000 /07-2003 and during this time Grace was the Mgr. It was a OK area back then but after reading all these reviews about the area and how the bldg has fallen apart I am glad I moved away when I did. Even back then the elevator on the North east side was always broke.
