I lived in Weaver Mills for about a yr and a half. The apartments are huge and spacious, but what good is that if your appliances don't work.
REPAIRS NEVER GET DONE!!! When i moved in the place was dirty and garbage was left in the apartment from the previous tenant. The windows were broken and off the track so i couldn't get then open. My AC didn't work. THERE WERE NO COVERS ON MY STOVE BURNERS, so how was i supposed to cook'!'!'!'! The hallway light was broken and my bathroom door had no doorknob. Also the blinds were complete crap. U couldn't close them. I called and called and called about these repairs but they never got done. I even filled out a damged report when i first moved in, to document all the damage that was already done when i moved in.

And what did management do about the problems''' They tried to charge me for the damage when I moved out!!! Damage that was there from the previous tenant! When I tried to explain this to the property manager (nicely and calmly I might add) she was completely unreasonable and hung up on me!!! The office even claimed they had no report from me about the damage being there when I moved in!!! Needless to say I never got my security deposit back and they even tried to get more $$$ from me!!!

The parking lot is a mess. Cars were often robbed and vandalized including mine and my roomates. The walls are REALLY REALLY thin!!! I could hear everything my neighbors were saying! The elevator is always broken. There is no security in the buildings, no cameras, no security guards, NOTHING. And for $950 a month for rent, you'd think they'd at least put a camera in the entrance ways. Also the washing machines adn dryers are a joke, it's better to just go to the laundry matt.

Overall this place was a waste of $$$. It's over priced, and the management is completely unprofessional. If u really must live in this area, go to one of the other mills. They're kept better anyway!!! DON"T MOVE HERE!!! BROPHY AHERN SUCKS!!!
