Security is non-existant. Outside doors, at least in our building, did not lock. Lighting is inconsistent, so parking lots could be dark. My car was stolen from the parking lot, which I can't blame on the apartment management, just the location. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. Many nights I was awakened by some sketchy behavior by residents and non-residents alike. Even had the pleasure of a dumpster fire!

Apartments are good sized, with ample closets. All have Patios or balconies

Heat and hot water are included, but are difficult to control. Easily could be scalded by ridiculously hot water.

Air quality is poor. Suspect there was mold in the building. A black soot-like substance coated a lot of the apartment. Sinuses have improved since moving to the country. ACs are OLD wall units that are loud and inefficient.

Neighbors were annoying, playing music at all hours, stomping up and down stairs and keeping bizaare hours. Neighborhood children were loud and obnoxious

Maintenance staff was very responsive and attentive. Unfortunately much of what they had to work with was outdated or unreliable.

Speedbumps do not slow people down and are annoying everyday. Saw some residents do about 30 over the speedbumps.

RT 84 is very close and louder than you would expect at all hours.

Mail service was suspect. Not the same person everyday. One of the mail deliverers would consitently crumple the mail. Complaints to the post office did nothing.

Probably not the worst place out there, but getting my car stolen really soured my experience. Seems to be trending downward. Most of Manchester is not a pleasant place to live g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
