The apartments are good, especially for the price. The maintenance staff is VERY quick, and they are extremly friendly!

However, I moved in May. 2 weeks into my move my apartment was full of ants! They said they had the same problem last year but they fixed it. (Doubt it) Now it is the end of September and there are literally thousands of ants. It is so disgusting. Not to mention the hallways are ALWAYS dirty (though that would be the other disgusting tenants). I also found cockroaches in my hallway. My mailbox doesnt have a key to get in and I seem to get a lot of "lost" mail. There used to be ample parking but now that all apartments in my building are occupied, there aren't enough spaces for tenants and their guests. The dumpsters are constantly filled to the brim. And there is an over population of skunks and Hobo's. The playground, if you call it that, is rusted and broken. It consists merely of a rusted jungle gym and one swing that is half sliced through (unsafe). A reason I wanted to move here was because of the pool. Mind you I moved in MAy 1st and they said the pool would be open for labor day... The pool did not open until August 11. Then they claimed it might be open longer than labor day. Except when August 20 something came around they closed the pool. They also said the hours would be 8am to 8pm but were not. Often the pool was open when 'Snickers*' felt like opening it. ALso my porch is very unsafe. The sides are unsturdy, you cannot lean on them at all. The sliding glass doors need replacing I asked them when I moved in they said they would get to it. The downstairs neighbor told me it took them 3 years to get to his!

I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. There are too many unsafe health hazards.
