Althought he apartment itself is decent for the price, I has several problems. First, the bugs. Once it started getting warm outside, I had all these little brown bugs everywhere in my apartment. It wa disgusting! Also, during the winter, the heat kept going out and I would wake up in the mornings with no hot water. It took two times to get my heat to work. Evertime I called with a problem they acted like it was an inconvenience to send someone out. However, the maintenance staff was very nice and friendly. The office staff was disorganized and unfriendly. I was moved out of state due to my job and they made it into the biggest production. I actually had to get my company's hr department and lawyer invovled! One night my car was broken into while it was parked right infront of my apartment! The door to the building is not locked, so anyone can just walk in. It is just dirty and run down. I would never live there again and never recommend anyone live there.
