I stated out in manchester by accident over 1 year ago. I toured all 5 mills on Pine Street in one whirlwind day. My last stop, RIBBONMILL was a godsend. I got there after 5:00 and was greeted openly. Manager found a perfect unit for my price and time frame. Got me approved in 24 hours and had me moved in within the week. My move-in experieicne came with out a single flaw. The unit I received was in top notch condition as promised. NOT A SINGLE THING WRONG WIT IT!

I have lived in 11 states in 8 years and i have to transfer again now. My 13 months at ribbon mill were a complete pleasure. I see that others comment on noise...I have not heard any of my 4 surrounding neighbors at a disturbing level EVER. The maintenance "team" has proven to be best I have seen. The manager (Patti) is the best landlord I have had the pleasure of working with. Equity Residential Properties (The Owner) is also the best in the Industry.

I could not be happier with the Ribbon Mill, my experieince, and for the opportunity to express it here.
