I have lived under three different apt. managers, and all three really have been great. Maintenance has been prompt, and they seem to address problems quickly. The grounds are kept up nicely. My neighbors have all been great, which is good, because the biggest criticism I have is the walls are EXTREMELY thin! You have no secrets here ... But I think that's true of all the mills. Also, the large windows are very nice, but tough to open and close. But again, that's building construction and maintenance does what they can. Just got new management last year, and rent is starting to skyrocket, so I may be moving.
