So far everyone seems a little correct. The hallways do smell horrible and look like they've never been cleaned. The walls are paper thin but I solved that with earplugs and a fan. The dishwasher and refridgerator are old but do the job. There's almost no parking during the winter.

The building is beautiful. Everyone I have over comments how nice it's kept up. Definately don't feel bad showing people the apartment. Most of all, the neighbors are all so friendly!
