I just renewed my lease at Ribbon Mill. It is perfect for me. I am here with a division of UTC. This is the 3rd Equity Residential property I have lived at. I've have been in 3 different states and there are so many great reasons I stay with Equity Residential. I get transferred frequently and they have properties all over the US Equity allows "total ease of move" so you can move to any Equity Residential Property with just 30 days notice and no penalties. The staff at Ribbon Mill was great at the move-in and has been the same ever since. They keep this place in tip top shape, The apartment I rented was perfection when they gave me the keys, the PEOPLE that live here are so great. I can't think of one neighbor in 18 months that I have had any problem with. Colleagues of mine chose to live in a few of the surrounding mills and they tell nightmare stories. Ribbon Mill has only around 100 units and the same staff for years and years. Patti in the office is the best I have seen. She has such a personal touch and always a smile for everyone. She is so quick to respond and is here more than she is anywhere else. You can tell how much the people that work at Ribbon Mill care about Ribbon Mill. That is what makes all the difference. When I just renewed my lease for at least another 6 months, I was going on just like I am here about how great this place is and Patti said she would love me to put my feelings onto to this web-site. It is my absolute pleasure to tell anyone that reads this...go ahead and look at all of them, you'll see the difference right away!
