The management, maintenance as well as my neighbors are all top notch. When I came to CT a year and 1/2 ago, i loved the mill style apartments in the historic Manchester area. I heard some things about the mills that concerned me. After visiting all of them, I really felt The Ribbon Mill was the best of all. I have been very ahppy here and plan to live here until I am moved on to my next work assignment. I would recommend the ribbon mill to anyone who needs a top notch well run place to call a home.
