I have lived in the area for 3 years. I lived at another mill apartment and recently moved to the ribbon mill. It IS different.
It's so small and quaint and nicely maintained. The people that live here are NORMAL! Everyone just does their thing, goes to work and live pretty quietly (at least people are quiet when it matters most) Parking is good, ammenities good, office and maintenance staff are great. I was worried about the fact that a small % of under 30lb. dogs are allowed to reside here, but even that has been a pleasant surprise. I look forward to seeing the little doggies now!
