We both had a very nice experience at the Ribbon Mill. I've lived in 8 apartments and this was definitely the nicest that I've experienced. I'd lived in a mill building in Boston prior to this one and the Ribbon Mill beats it HANDS DOWN!! The staff are professional and very nice. Patti will bend over backwards for you and she obviously loves her job and working with her residents.

The building is beautiful and we've received many compliments from guests who've visited. The high ceilings are really neat and make you feel like you're living somewhere really special.

And how can you beat FREE heat'' OK, sometimes it can get a bit warm, but just open the window- it's a lot less trouble than PAYING for the heat which would be astronomical... this is a really excellent deal and I can't see why people would complain about this!

To be honest, as new homeowners who are surrounded by boxes and have the thermostat set at 65, we're kind of nostalgic about the mill right about now... :)
