My husband and I lived at the Ribbon Mill with our miniature dachshund for a year and a half when we moved back to Connecticut. The property manager and maintenance staff were top notch, quick, and responsive. The amenities were nice - especially the indoor pool if you enjoy lap swimming. The complex was super pet friendly and the property manager stays on top of folks that do not pick up after their pets. Heating and hot water was included and it was nice not having to worry about that. We'd recommend the corner apartments - lots of windows and natural light! Easy access to I-384 and I-84, and less than 30 minutes to UCONN. The only reason we moved was to purchase our home.
