overpriced, non-attentive management.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Rent gets increased but no improvements are made. Issues addressed have taken over 2 months to be resolved and some are still pending. Courtesy and professionalism of office and management is terrible. Halls and stairwells often smell of cat urine, takes too long to clean and smell still lingers.
