The building isn't too bad. The tenants are pretty nice and the staff isn't too bad either. The grounds are kept up pretty well, and if you have a maintenance issue its taken care of a.s.a.p. Parking isn't the greatest in the winter time due to lack of space. My only qualms with South Adams is that for the amount of money you pay for rent, heat and hot water should be included. Also, the heat is electric so this can be pretty costly in the winter. Overall, its not too bad but there is room for improvement.
