I'm sure all places are the same so nothing against the south adams, but even first time offenders get zapped nearly $300 in fees if your check doesn't clear.

Because its a managed property with a corp office in Boston that doesn't care about the people living in its buildings, there is no talking your way out of the fees. Bummer
