The South Adams has gone down so dramatically in the last two it's frightening. As I type this the music in the parking lot is BLARING so loud I had to shut my windows. The parking lot lights are dismal they blink off and leave the parking lot completely dark for several minutes until they blink back on. Thugs run the halls at night and on the weekends. People don't follow complex rules concerning the pool and I've seen car loads of guest without passes come park with their bathing suits already on and just hit the pool.

The staff is nice, well Amy and Cindy are. The owner's son sucks. He always shows up in the summer time and he is COMPLETELY worthless. Amy was the best, she screened people and got rid of trouble makers, Cindy doesn't screen as well but she's very nice and always ready to help. It's such a shame this place has gotten so horrible. Now it's a Ghetto. Outside doors broken, jammed with everything imaginable mostly by one LONG time resident on the first floor. Kids run amok, cars blaring music, beeping horns, cursing in the parking lot. The hallways smell. I can afford much more than this and will be leaving when my lease is up.

Spend the money on a better place trust me you'll regret living here.
