I have to agree with the last person who rated. I've been here for almost 6 years, and do not plan on renewing my lease. Many things have changed over the course of the last few years, and not for the better. There is much more "activity" going on in the parking lot and the halls. Parking is a BIG TIME issue in the winter. Also, people here seem to like to create thier own parking spots. Making it difficult to get back out or get out of the lot. There has been more trash in the halls and in the parking lot as well. The office and maintenance staff are great, but for the money I'm paying something has got to give.
