As I write this there are four kids playing out in the parking lot running into cars, throwing balls at them. The swimming pool is over run by neighborhood kids who don't belong there. Heck a few weeks ago one of the residents took over the entire pool area for a childs birthday party. 30 family members, big tables, cooking out there. Rules? there are none that are enforced. People all hours of the night hanging out on the front stoop, drinking and making loud noise.
Used to be notices that the management sent out making sure people knew what was acceptable and not. They hardly ever do that anymore.

Alot of the trouble is after hours and weekends when the management isn't here. The management has always been very responsive to handling problems that you bring to them. |
