management staff is quick with fixing problems and always really friendly...but they also have a habit of not knocking loudly enough when they need to come in and walking in while you're naked or asleep or something.
good with keeping up on safety, i got fined for taking the battery out of a smoke detector in order to replace it
walls are really thin, you can always hear loud music, people in the parking lot, kids in the hallways, etc. etc.
people are always propping the door open with coins and sticks and things, so anyone could come in and out.
a lady vacuums the hallways at like 7am, and they do maintenence on the lawns just as early, so dont plan on sleeping in during the summer.
the hallways stink like mexican, jamaican, and chinese food all at the same time, as well as garbage near where the bins are and cigarette smoke near any doorway or outside hallway
not enough visitor parking, i've had people towed from the lot because people leave their cars in visitor parking for weeks on end without enough other spaces...
a good place to live if you dont plan on being home more than a few hours in the middle of the day or maybe to get some sleep.

I think the stink is mostly curry and other middle-eastern and southeast-asian foods. The heavy oils they cook in linger in the air (and make it hard to breathe in the hallways). I like how the cleaning people try to cover up the smell with something that smells like pink urinal cakes.
