After searching the Hartford area it is one of the most sq ft for your money. Office staff is always welcoming, kind, accommodating,and understanding. Laundry, mail & fitness center are in house, making it very convenient even though card access refills for laundry are in office only (you just have to plan abit). Yes, as with any apt building you will hear some noises and experience hallway smells but that is apart of living the apartment lifestyle. I have not felt unsafe in the building compared to non-secure facilities. Office staff is always open to suggestions. Snow removal is effortless in the winter compared to other places I have lived.I find it a pleasant place to live.
