If you want to pay a fee for a background check that doesn't matter, move here. The maintenance guy can't speak English. There is mold in the stairwells as well as a nasty stench. The building is almost all section 8, so if the group home atmosphere appeals to you, then this is the place to live. If you want to hear your neighbor's noise, this is the place to live. Don't be misled by anything on their website. The pool is hardly open and Lynn constantly threatens to close it down if there are problems. She also threatens to have the pet policy revoked by putting letters on all the pet owners doors when she has a problem with one pet owner. Apparently she operates under the "fear is a great motivator" management style. I don't know how the corporate offices have kept her around since the office is always closed for one reason or another. Pay a little extra and move to a truly safe and sane place to live.

Note to all this report was put written in JAN 09 it is an outside pool. I am just wondering if you are swimming andy time soon? As the pool has post hours with a pool monitor. Thanks
