I stayed at this apartment for 10 months (had to move out because of work), and the stay was mostly pleasant for me and my family. Management staff is good (Lynn and Ahsleigh). They always get your maintenance work done within short period.
In the winter season, snow was getting cleaned off in night time also, while the apartments like Aspen woods and Pavilion were waiting for days. I know this cuz i had friends living in those apartments. My friends over there had to contact BBB to get the snow cleaned.
They have a nice little gym which is always clean so no issue there.
Some people complain about the refund of security deposit, which was not an issue for me atleast. I got full refund as the apartment was kept clean through out.

Overall, value for money.
