When you first come to view these apartments, you are shown one that has never been lived in and is perfect. Once you are in you can see the true side of this hellhole. Siding buckling, holes in the siding. Garbage dumped wherever anyone feels like dumping it at the dumpster. Dirty breezeways, gutters falling off the buildings. Maintenance is a total joke. They know nothing of what they are supposed to be doing and take forever to attempt to do anything at all besides sit outside and smoke their cigarettes.
CNG is always here to fix a gas leak. When we spoke with a worker from CNG he said that 9 out of 10 times they are here for a gas leak it is because one of the maintenance workers from the apartments attempted to fix a problem.
Did you know that when carpet is replaced in these apartments (yes even the dog buildings) that the padding is never replaced because it is too costly. We were told this directly from one of the maintenance workers. I guess they just don't charge enough in rent to cover new padding.
Now, let's go to the front office, that is a total joke. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!! And did I mention that they are total idiots! When you complain about anything, you are told that you complain too much.
Snow removal is horrible! There are many times that nobody comes to plow at all and forget getting the sidewalks shoveled. Like ice' There is plenty of it during the winter, they don't know what "ice melt" is so get ready to put on your iceskates.
Now let's discuss parking! We were recently given a flyer stating that if there is no parking you must park at another building, the problem is, there is no parking there either. Lighting here is not good so who would want to park three buildings away and walk in the dark.
Remember the good old College Dorm days! If you crave the old times, come to the pavilions! Neighbors do not care if you hear their music as loud as it can be at midnight! RUDE neighbors!
