I currently live here and have had no problems other than a full parking lot. There are covered spaces available for a few bucks more a month.

One of the things that I feels speaks volumes on the complex is the kids. It is safe enough for them to be outside playing. There's a playground next to at least one building.

The grounds are nicely kept as well as the property. I have not seen any of the issues reported in someone else's report with the siding falling off, etc. The complex allows dogs (in certain buildings) and requires owners pickup after their pooch.

The office staff has been helpful anytime we've gone to the office. Sometimes they're very busy, especially on Saturdays, but they are running a business here!

I've only had one maintenance problem, (caused by a certain home-improvement store's delivery people not knowing how to hook up a washer properly.) The maintenance staff here took care of it quickly.

The only issue I've had with my neighbors is the person above me who likes to vacuum at midnight - hardly the apartment complexes fault! The complex is located across from the mall, so shopping and eating is within walking distance. Around Christmas traffice can get to be a bear, but there are ways of dodging around that!

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone, (unless you like to vacuum at midnight!)

When you come here... Check out the roofs, you can see them buckle, staff has noticed this also. Look at the siding on all the buildings except in the front, they keep them up very well, and only them for show !! The covered parking is a extra $30.00 a month... hardly a few bucks. Sure sounds like someone lives in the front apt's and not anywhere else, cause it is that bad... Just ask around !!
