Avoid it! Especially if you are a professional

If you do decide to try here you are not reading the lease completely. If you are a professional who has to move from time to time to accomadate your job this is not the place for you. Lease has a caveat of Lease break free exceeding $1000, 60 days notice, and if not re-rented in 60 days you still pay for the place till term. Northland Investments Corporation unyielding to your needs period!
Place is dirty, noisy, parking a nightmare, and unsafe at times especially in the parking lot. Place looks nice going in but that's where it stops. Drive in deeper past the office first.
