What a wonderful Halloween Community gathering this evening! There were at least a group of 60 children and their parents! I can't say enough about the staff and what great job they did! Thank you Randy,Theresa, Mindy and Melissa!! Great fun in a great apartment community!!

Where else are you going to find a community that tries to involve its residents? There is a lot of negative chatter, but, amazingly, very little action behind it. If there was that much that affected this property, where are all the people complaining? There is a customer service line that is offered to everyone...if the office is failing, take it up a notch. The nastiness displayed in this room is unneccessary and immature. Furthermore, it seems to be the same ANONYMOUS individual complaining. If you are that unhappy and have complained that much, would the office not know who you are? Why would you hide behind a blank name? This is a lovely community and has a lot to offer to us as residents. No amenity fees, pets are welcome, and it is close to everything.

Ok, maybe youa re not getting it. Your amenity fees are included in your rent now. That was done back in 2003, ask the office they will tell you. Matter of fact I have called the customer service number, and the refer everything to yheir attorney, Elliot Lane in hartford. He is like tits on a bull.... Useless. Here is what he had to say, pay your rent or I will evict you, all we have to provide is running toilet, running water.... If things leak, deal with it, or claim it on your insurance policy, that is the only alternative. So for customer service... Heck, that is good ? WOW, I haev done it, and finally moved out. You try the channels of command and see what happens. Now we all know the buildings leak, so what do they go and spend their budget on ??? Let me tell you... A new roof for the office, the entire office re-done, and the rec center with a new roof. Amazing they put all new pavement down, and NONE of that was in the area where people live, only where they show new apaartments, and then they stick you in a apartment that is not even close to what they showed you. And where else will the community involve you ???? EVERYWHERE !! Look around !! So try to take action like you suggest and see what happens, you get nothing, and they really could give a crap about you, just pay your rent !!
