i was reading through everyone elses negative comments and i think that you just can't make everyone happy. i have lived here for several years, and i have never had a bug in my apt. maybe if you people would clean your apt once in a while you wouldn't have those problems. as for the debris, once again, people are slobs. you live here don't litter, it's as simple as that. my appliances are not brand new, no, but they work just fine and i love it. and maintenance has no problem fixing any problem i have, if anything they are willing to answer any stupid question i may have. and i love how you people remain anonymous, if you want to complain, that's fine, just don't hide it, that makes me wonder if you are really legitimate.

hi unit 9 I know you work in the office, thats why you always have something positive to say about the place, and always respond to those negative ones? everybody knows that there are a lot of problems that need some attention and nobody cant hide it. You are talking about anonymous and if these coments legitimate, but what about you? why do you hide too????

I agree with 09876user! Isn't it interesting how this individual is anonymous! As for the bugs in apartments, I never had any in my apartment, but there were roaches roaming the breezeways and that my dear anonymous has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the apartment renters! Maintenance is a bunch of idiots! They could not fix anything correctly if they tried. And as for the debris around the dumpsters, yes people are slobs, however, it is basically overlooked by the office (you know that place you work)even though complaints are made all the time. You need to get a grip and get this place in shape!

Wow. There are some axes griding here. Listen, we all will experience issues when we rent. You must admit that overall, this place is a good place to live, and, convenient as hell. Roaches don't roam hallways, they need a food source. You ARE seeing outdoor bugs, rodents, etc. IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! Granted, the office can be a bit more aggressive in their response, but I just dealt with the new guy Kirtf, and he seems to be headed in the right direction. Instead of attacks, lets do something more positive like enforcing action.
