I have been Employeed here for 3 years I will not remain anonymous,It is Mindy !!! I have also been a tenant for 3 years.
I have a family and we reside in a 3 bedroom. I truly enjoy My home and I do find that we have the best staff in the office I feel sorry for the people that don't feel there needs are not getting met, The siding is getting fixed we hired a contactor to do it. We are currently giving fines out to all the residents that leave trash a the dumpsters, Please feel free to call the office if you have better suggestions, you can ask for me. As a tenant I feel the maintenance has been doing a superb job, And I am last on the list to get things fixed becuase I feel that the residents should come first,I truly enjoy My job and my home. If you are reading through these and looking for a place to live, It's great I love my neighbors and the people I have come to know from living here, have a great day ....mindy

Obviously, you work here... probably a marketing ploy and a Christmas bonus. This place sucks.

Who that works here is not going to give the place a great rating? Give me a break! This apartment complex is not only poorly managed but it is just pathetic how run down it has become!

I have to say Mindy went the extra mile to make our move in (which was HORRIBLE, paint everywhere, broken stove, peeling cabinets, garbage in the closet...etc, the list could go on) tolerable. She went out of her way to help us get what we needed...new carpets, new linoleum in the laundry area, even a new stove. We also got $ off our first month's rent. While I agree, the place is overpriced for what you get my neighbors are very nice and quiet and Mindy was great to us. Believe me, I would never move here again, and will never tell anyone to move here because it's one thing after another, Mindy was great and it is tolerable to live here if you don't mind the expenses.

The Pavilions are definitely on the more expensive end as far as local apartment options in the area go. However, my roommate and I have lived here since February and have had a very positive experience so far. I'm a college graduate student have found the place to be an ideal location to both be able to study and socialize. We had initially signed to move into an apartment that ended up not being available... but the situation was explained completely to us and we were immediately offered another apartment (for the same price) which had additional features (e.g. vaulted ceilings). Any maintanence issues that we have reported have been fixed immediately - for example just this past week my toilet broke and was running continuously. We reported the break on Thursday but were planning on having guests over on Saturday and asked if it could be fixed by then. It was fixed that day. I've never had a problem with parking and have also never had bad or loud neighbors so I don't understand those complaints that I've read so far dealing with these two issues. And as far as saying that the place looks bad, we moved here because we thought it looked great! The only negatives I would report are that about half of the equipment in the two gym facilities is broken and have been so for quite some time. Also, I was mildly amused by the welcome letter that explained the complex is a water conservation community so I would be charged for my water use, yet the complex does not appear to have any water conservation fixtures in place (showerheads, dishwashers, laundry facilities, etc.) so the 'cost'and conservation effort appears to be 100% on the renter. But overall, I do think these apartments are an excellent place to live. Also, I should mention that Mindy was the agent that handled our rental agreement. Since the beginning, she has gone out of her way to make sure we get the accomodations and maintanence services that we need. So, Mindy - about that gym equipment? ;)
