The good:
Improvement over the past few years in service request responsiveness. They're trying to erase the bad memories from a few years ago when asking for a service request felt more like arm-wrestling.
Good job cleaning up the snow in the winter.

The bad:
A few months ago, a neighbor found her car in the parking lot without wheels - they were stolen overnight.
Apparently due to bad design, there are strange whistling noises when the wind picks up a notch (that's about half a year, in the cold season) - creepy. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
