I have lived at the Pavilions for a couple of years now and have been quite pleased with the quality of customer service they have been providing. Since new management took over, there have been many changes that have given this a more pro-tenant atmosphere. I think it is a shame that people use this as a forum to take out their anger. It truly shows the maturity of those wo are writing.
As with any product, there is always room for improvement. I have been treated very well by the existing office staff and have been very pleased with the response of maintenance - within 48 hrs and even emergency service.
The place is well kept and generally in good shape.

Isn't it what this site is for? To voice your opinion whether it is a positive or negative? If I am looking around for a place, I would want to read the negatives and the positives....why hide it? That's great that you have had a good 2 yrs there but that doesn't mean every other tenant is going to share the same experience as you. It's a shame that there are so many naieve people that write on this site.

You are not kidding! We have mold in our apartment and are basically told to clean it with clorox ourselves or that they can paint over it! Hello! This is mold! Incompetence is all we ever get from the office! The buildings are run down, apartments are drafty. Overall, the entire complex needs a major overhaul. We are moving and happy to be leaving!
